The Swiss Innovation Forum 2011 was held on November 4th, 2011 on the Novartis campus in Basel, Switzerland. During this one day event, numerous high-profile, but also high quality speakers, ranking from Jánszky Sven Gábor, Lund Morten, co-founder of Skype, Randi Zuckerberg, the sister of Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, up to Hubertus von Grünberg, chairman of the board of directors of ABB, presented their very personal view on what innovation is all about and how they successfully addressed it.
If you are interested in more in-depth information, and I can assure you that it is worthwhile, I recommend you to visit the Swiss Innovation Forum web page, which contains in-depth video on nearly all sessions. I especially recommend watching the summary presentation given by Albrecht Kresse (if you are sufficient proficient of the german language). If you favor more “simple” english language, you may be interested in Lund Morten’s speech. For those of you interested in a consulting approach to innovation, I recommend the presentation of Christoph Hunziker, which includes statements that can also be applied to innovating in wealth management.
